Living from the Heart: A Path to Love and Freedom

How often do you live from your heart? From that place where you trust everything is happening for your highest good. It’s not always easy to stay in this state; many of us were never taught how to do it. But this space, this state of being, is compelling. It allows you to connect directly with the divine, the universe, and that force of love, support, and protection.


How do you know if you’re living from your heart? The clearest sign is a deep sense of surrender. You feel at peace with life, no matter what unfolds. You trust there’s meaning behind everything and don’t feel the need to interfere with life’s plan. You still have your dreams and desires, but you’re also content. You trust the universe, and you feel love, joy, and happiness—just for being alive.


This isn’t always easy, but the more you practice, the more natural it becomes. Start small. Take three moments a day to sit quietly, close your eyes, and focus on your heart. Feel the love within, a love that flows from the universe, from life itself. Try this for just two days—three times each day—and genuinely feel that love. You’ll find it gets easier and even more enjoyable.


You are not just your body, your heart, or even your soul. You are something so much greater, connected deeply to the divine. Allow yourself to nurture this connection and watch as your life transforms.
